What Stays Human is run by Imani Collective LLC in Tallahassee, Florida. This page explains what this website collects, why it collects it, and what you can ask me to do with it.

The short version. I collect as little as I can; I never sell it, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

I track page visits and the number of times the AI Working Agreement is printed using Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool. It records no names and nothing you type.

The AI Working Agreement. Nothing you type into the agreement tool is saved or sent anywhere. It stays in your browser and disappears when you close or refresh the page. The calendar buttons create an event in your own calendar; I never see it.

The newsletter. Each edition is published in three places at the same time, here on this website, on LinkedIn, and by email. You can read it here without signing up. If you subscribe by email, your address is stored with Kit, the service I use to send it, and I use your address only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you subscribe on LinkedIn, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.

Contact messages. If you use the contact form, your name, email, organization, and message come directly to my inbox so I can reply. I don't add you to any list unless you ask.

Purchases. Digital products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which processes payment and handles sales tax. I never see your card details. I receive your name, email, country, and what you bought, so I can deliver it and help if something goes wrong. Buying something does not sign you up for the newsletter.

Cookies. This site is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies to make the site work and to show me basic, anonymous visitor numbers, such as how many people visited a page.

What I never do. I don't sell, rent, or trade your information.

Your choices. To see, correct, or delete anything I hold about you, email info@whatstayshuman.org and I'll take care of it.

Changes. If this changes, I'll update this page and the date below.
