Your team is already using AI. Some of it on purpose. Most of it is by default.

Workshops

Practice it together. Reading about these capacities is a start. Teams change when they practice together in the room.

What a workshop does

Each workshop takes your team through the five capacities, from what's happening inside each person to what you're creating together. People leave with:

  • A shared language for hard moments

  • Practices they can use in the next meeting, not just the next retreat

  • A team version of the AI Working Agreement: what you hand to AI, what stays yours, and who is responsible

Who it's for

Teams adopting AI who want it to help people work better, not quietly replace the conversations that hold them together. Leadership teams, departments, and organizations going through change.

How it works

A half-day working session: 3.5 hours, up to 20 people.

On-site in the Tallahassee region or online. Pricing on request, with a 2026 introductory rate for a small number of teams.

The agreement

Every participant completes their own AI Working Agreement; then the team builds a shared one, written down and signed, with a revisit date. Most teams discover they have several different unwritten agreements running at once.

The practice

The rest of the session is practice in three capacities chosen for team life: Self-Location, Empathic Listening, and Team Presence, each explained with the research behind it, including where it's still thin.
